Prickly Roses is a 2020 Ugandan movie under the direction and production of Eleanor Nabwiso.
The movie is about three poor women and friends from childhood who work at a rose flower farm, suffering harsh working conditions, poor wages, and sexism at work.
It stars former dancer cum singer, model, fashion designer and actress Hellen Lukoma acting as Nankya.
Lukoma is well known for her roles as Patra on The Hostel and Felicia on The Honourables that awarded her an accolade of the Best Ugandan actress, Tv series 2017 from the Uganda Entertainment Awards
